Primary care companies Marathon Health and Everside Health have merged, as reported by Endpoint News. The combined entity, now operating under the name Marathon Health, aims to solidify its presence in the employer-sponsored healthcare market. The merger, effective Wednesday, February 7th, encompasses 680 health centers across 41 states, serving employers with 2.5 million employees and dependents.
