Everside Health and Marathon Health have concluded their merger on February 7th to advance access to advanced primary care in a value-based model. Serving employer and union-sponsored clients, the combined entity operates as Marathon Health, reaching 2.5 million eligible patients through over 680 health centers across 41 states. The merger aims to strengthen financial profiles, enable regional and national partnerships, and enhance patient experiences. Marathon Health's care model emphasizes relationship-based, comprehensive primary care, with a focus on value over volume. The integration is expected to be completed within a year.
