NK Parts and Everside Health celebrate five years of partnership

NK Parts Industries was the first Shelby County employer to provide an entirely free on-site health center to its medical plan members, resulting in improved employee health and significant cost savings. Over 80% of eligible associates have used the health center, and it has become a crucial factor in retaining employees. The partnership with Everside Health has enabled the expansion of services, including direct consulting with medical specialists, pre-employment services, and a comprehensive diabetes management program. Everside Health's wellness programs focus on prevention and disease management, contributing to healthier lives for patients.
