Mike Michetti is a seasoned healthcare executive with a proven track record of leading teams that deliver exceptional results across all aspects of the healthcare delivery system. As Chief Operating Officer at Everside Health, Mike’s focus is on a top-tier patient, client, and provider experience all while delivering the best possible outcomes for those we serve.

Most recently, Mike served as the Chief Operating Officer for the physician enterprise of Allegheny Health Network (AHN) – the clinical delivery system within Highmark Health. Mike was responsible for all aspects of the physician enterprise and focused on both delivering operational excellence across a network of over 2,100 employed providers and creating a unique partnership between payor and provider to drive exceptional value-based outcomes.

Prior to joining Highmark Health, Mike served as the Senior Vice President for System Clinical Operations and Chief Operating Officer of the Physician Enterprise of Mercy – the 7th largest Catholic healthcare system in the United States. His role spanned the entirety of the integrated delivery system, and his teams were responsible for driving performance in each market of a four-state health system including 12 hospitals and a 3,200 provider medical group.

Mike’s healthcare career began at Cleveland Clinic, where he led the professional affairs and staff governance operations of the organization. He was responsible for assuring that each member of the organization operationally delivered exceptional care in an unparalleled tradition of excellence. During Mike’s tenure, the organization was named the No. 2 Hospital in the United States by U.S. News and World Report, all while continuing to grow across its footprint: in Northeast Ohio, Florida, Canada, the UAE, and the United Kingdom. He also served as labor and employment counsel to the enterprise, supporting the organization’s activities in both employment and traditional labor relations matters.

Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic, Mike was a labor and employment attorney at Jones Day, handling the full spectrum of labor and employment issues confronted by many of the nation’s largest employers. Mike received his JD with High Distinction from Ohio Northern University and a B.A. summa cum laude from Ohio University.
