Michi Tsuda, JD, MBA

General Counsel

As General Counsel, Michi is responsible for leading all aspects of the legal, compliance, and risk management functions for Everside Health. Michi joined Everside Health in 2020 and has almost 20 years of experience in providing strategic counsel to healthcare providers.

Before joining Everside Health, Michi was a partner with the international law firm of Greenberg Traurig, LLP and before that, he was a principal at Squire Patton Boggs, LLP. During his time with law firms, he focused his practice on healthcare law and served as outside counsel to US and international healthcare providers, private equity funds, and sovereign wealth funds on regulatory, corporate, and transactional healthcare matters.

Michi regularly contributes as an author to the American Health Lawyers Association, the Practising Law Institute, and the Colorado Bar Association. He also serves as an advisor to students at the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic at Colorado Law on healthcare matters. Michi has been recognized as a Pro Bono Champion by the American Health Lawyers Association, a Super Lawyers Rising Star, and a “40 Under 40” award recipient by the Denver Business Journal.

Michi earned his Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College and his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Michi and his wife, Jessica, live in Denver with their three children and three dogs. In addition to spending time with his family, Michi enjoys fly fishing and coaching his children’s hockey teams at the University of Denver. Go PIOS!
