Kelly O’Malia, MD

Dr. Kelly O’Malia is a Regional Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer at Everside Health. She oversees and provides clinical guidance for the organization’s health centers and providers. She also leads organization-wide quality improvement projects and provides clinical guidance for enterprise IT initiatives.

She earned her medical degree at the Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, OH and has worked as a family physician for Everside since 2018. Prior to her current role as Regional Medical Director, Dr. O’Malia served as the clinical lead for IT initiatives at Everside. Dr. O’Malia has practiced in a wide variety of settings from solo family practitioner to a large academic center at the Cleveland Clinic.

In her role as a practicing physician at Everside, she is able to spend the time she wants with her patients developing personalized care plans that reflect shared decision making.

In her free time, Dr. O’Malia spends most of her time with her husband, son, two dogs, several goats, chickens, and other animals on an 85-acre farm. She enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, traveling, hiking, geocaching, and quilting. She is currently pursuing a master’s in clinical informatics at Oregon Health and Science University.
