Marisa Burkhart, FNP

Marisa, board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, is a family nurse practitioner who believes patients and families need encouragement and a listening ear as much as any medicine. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing and her master’s degree in health science education from Indiana University, and her master of science degree in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. Marisa is certified in advanced cardiovascular and pediatric advanced life support. She enjoys music, sings in a quartet and has directed a hand bell choir. Marisa lives in Avon.
