Scott Zeller, PA
As a primary care provider, Scott Zeller, MHS, PA-C, has experience caring for patients across all ages and stages of life. His clinical experience ranges from preventive medicine to chronic disease management, and he is a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist. He cares for patients of all ages and genders, and performs procedures ranging from joint injections to Nexplanon placement and removal. Scott is also fluent in Spanish and enjoys working with Spanish-speaking patients.
As a primary care provider, Scott Zeller, MHS, PA-C, has experience caring for patients across all ages and stages of life. Originally from Massachusetts, Scott completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Colby College in Maine. Before pursuing a career in medicine, Scott was a high school math teacher and soccer and tennis coach. He then worked in clinical research at Brigham and Women?s Hospital in Boston. Scott went on to earn his Master of Health Sciences and Physician Assistant certification from Duke University in North Carolina.
Prior to joining Everside Health, Scott practiced family medicine in the Raleigh-Durham area, where he cared for patients in multiple settings, including a federally qualified health center and a patient centered medical home. His clinical experience ranges from preventive medicine to chronic disease management, and he is a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist. He cares for patients of all ages and genders, and performs procedures ranging from joint injections to Nexplanon placement and removal. Scott is also fluent in Spanish and enjoys working with Spanish-speaking patients.
Scott chose family medicine as it is an incredibly rewarding career that has a significant impact on others. He joined Everside Health so he can spend more time with his patients as he develops trusting, two-way relationships. Scott partners with each patient to create a unique and sustainable health plan, whether that means preventing chronic conditions or treating and stabilizing existing ones. He emphasizes the importance of a healthy lifestyle, including diet, exercise, and habits that support optimum mental health.
Outside of work, Scott loves staying active and busy. He is a big fan of all sports (both playing and watching), including tennis, soccer, and running. He embraces physical challenges and has completed multiple marathons and triathlons. Scott also enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking, traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
