Nicole Hoffman, FNP

Nicole received her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in nursing from Ball State University. She also holds an AANP certification as a family practice nurse practitioner and recently moved back to Muncie, IN with her husband and two children. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family. She regularly volunteers at her kids’ schools and with the Junior League of Indianapolis. She also loves to travel and vacation whenever possible. Nicole has a personal philosophy of “work hard, play hard” and is looking forward to working with her patients on their health goals.
