My Philosophy of Care:

There is more to a person's health than the list of their medical diagnosis. To understand a patient's needs and concerns, is to understand and appreciate them as an unique individual, who may assume different roles and responsibilities in life. It is only when we collect a deeper understanding of the person, we could then tailor our care to the individual. Having medical knowledge is only part of being a great physician. Knowing how to apply that medical knowledge on behalf of a specific patient is equally important.
