Our Trifecta Award recognizes a clinical teammate for outstanding performance while interacting with patients, teammates, and clients. Trifecta Award recipients receive a $1,000 spot bonus in addition to a celebration with their colleagues. Congratulations, Virginia Hames!
Her are a few highlights from her teammates:
- Virginia goes above and beyond to help her patients. For example, when she is at the grocery store, she will recognize current patients and say “Hello, I haven’t seen you in a while, please come in so we can catch up and help you on your health journey”. She carries cards with her to hand out when she meets new eligible members. She has also joined ride a longs with police, fire, and EMS to understand their day to day to better help them when they come in.
- She often stops in at City Hall just to see if there is anything the client needs from a service perspective from the health center. If anything were to come up regarding client comments about the relationship with Everside Health, Virginia shares that immediately with the account team. She pro-actively asks about the different departments and how she can engage and learn what they do.
- Virginia’s outstanding performance does not stop with just her patients and community, she’s also a stellar teammate to collaborate with! She has stepped up in several instances to be sure the schedule is taken care of when the clinic provider has had to be out unexpectedly. The provider she works with every day has endorsed how well the two of them pick up for each other and work together to make sure all patients are taken care of.
Core Value Awards are given to 3-4 teammates each quarter and recognize those who exemplify any of our core values. Congratulations Jalyn, Eunice, Bri, Alyssa, and Deborah!
