A note on an ongoing recruiting scam

A note on an ongoing recruiting scam

We’ve been made aware of a recruiting scam that is using the names and likeness of our brand and our recruiting teammates. These people are asking for personal and sensitive information under the guise of the interview process, and are using that information maliciously. There are a few tell-tale signs that you may be speaking with one of these scammers, versus one of our recruiting teammates. Here are a few things to look out for:

  • You are asked to download an app
  • The correct domain for an Everside teammate is @eversidehealth.com. Any email you receive from a DIFFERENT domain is not one of our teammates (for example, we’ve heard they are using @eversidehealthcare.com or even Hotmail addresses)
  • The language in your conversations is overly formal, has poor grammar, or just feels suspicious
  • You receive an offer letter before you receive a verbal offer
  • They try to collect personal information, including your social security, bank information, and more

Please reach out to us via recruiting@eversidehealth.com with questions, especially if you are currently in the interview process. We are currently hiring and are here to make sure your experience is the right one.

We are actively working with our legal team to find and stop this scam, but in the meantime, we hope this helps everyone stay safe.
