Whether you’re the latest “Joe Cool” fan, you watched all of Cooper Kupps 16 touchdowns this season, or you’re just watching for the commercials, we have you covered when it comes to heart healthy snacks for this weekend’s big game.  

In honor of American Heart Month, we’ve selected 3 heart-healthy recipes to get you through the game. After Thanksgiving, this Sunday is the country’s second heaviest consumption day and we want you to be prepared!  

Below you’ll find a few classic recipes that we’ve upgraded to use more vegetables, yogurts and other healthy ingredients to ensure you can snack all day without the guilt.  

We also encourage you to stay active during the game! Get up, move around, and/or stretch between quarters to keep your heart and hip flexors happy. Make it a game amongst family and friends. Five squats for every field goal is always a fun way to spice up a viewing party while keeping your body happy.
